Basic Scientific Interests:
• Soil science, trace elements in soils, plant bioavailable soil elements, accumulation and translocation elements from soil to plant;
• Characterization and monitoring of the environmental quality with special reference to the active biomonitoring of atmospheric pollutants in the air of urban and agricultural areas using mosses as biomonitors;
• Distribution, transformation and degradation of pollutants in the environment;
• Environmental impact assessment;
• Application of instrumental methods in the analysis of samples from the environment.

Projects:

National:
July - December 2014: "Biomonitoring of heavy metals in the air along the main roads of the city of Belgrade". The project is financially supported by NIS Novi Sad and the city of Belgrade.
